AR Drawing - DoodleTop collects minimal personal information required for authentication and subscription management. This includes the user's email address (used for account login) and subscription details (e.g., plan type and purchase status). Login data is securely transmitted via HTTPS, and user credentials are encrypted.

2. Data Usage and Access

2.1 Internet Access

The app requires internet access to fetch program data necessary for its functionality. No personal data is transmitted to or stored on our servers beyond what is required for authentication and subscription verification.

2.2 Camera and Gallery Access

• Camera: Used exclusively for AR Drawing features.
• Gallery: Allows users to import images into the app. These images are only used locally and are not uploaded or stored externally.

2.3 Authentication and Subscription

• Authentication: Managed via Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and Firebase Authentication. Credential data is stored securely and used only to verify the user's identity.
• Subscriptions (Android): Handled through Google Play Billing. Subscription status (e.g., plan type, renewal status) is stored on our platform solely for managing access.
• Subscriptions (iOS): Handled through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Subscription status is verified via Apple's receipt validation and stored on our platform solely for managing access. We do not store the user's payment card details, or any financial information.

2.4 AI Image Generation Data

When the AI image generation feature is used, the text prompt submitted is first processed by Google Gemini for enhancement, then passed to Google Cloud Vertex AI Imagen to generate the final image. Both steps occur on our backend and are transmitted securely over HTTPS.

AR Drawing - DoodleTop stores the following data on our platform in connection with the AI image generation feature:

• Prompts: The text prompts submitted by users are stored on our servers, along with the account identifier of the user who submitted them.
• Generated images: Images generated through the feature are stored on our platform. Generated images may be designated as either private (visible only to the user) or public (visible to other users within the platform), depending on the user's settings at the time of generation.

By using the AI image generation feature, users acknowledge and agree that their prompts and generated images may be stored and used by AR Drawing - DoodleTop to train, improve, and refine our AI systems and moderation capabilities. Users grant AR Drawing - DoodleTop a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use this data for such purposes.

All prompts are subject to automated content moderation to ensure compliance with our usage policies and applicable laws. Prompts flagged as violating our content guidelines may be reviewed by our team for safety and moderation purposes.

2.5 Token Data

Token balances and purchase history are associated with the user's account and stored securely on our servers. This data is used solely for managing access to the AI image generation feature and enforcing usage policies. Token purchase transactions are processed by Google Play Billing or Apple's App Store / StoreKit. We do not store payment card details or any financial information.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to enhance app functionality:

• Firebase Analytics – For performance analysis and user experience improvement.
• Firebase Crashlytics – For crash reporting and stability improvements.
• Firebase Realtime Database – For syncing certain app data.
• Firebase Authentication – For secure user sign-in.
• Google Play Billing – For managing subscriptions and token purchases on Android.
• Apple App Store / StoreKit – For managing subscriptions and token purchases on iOS.
• Google Gemini – For AI-powered prompt enhancement prior to image generation. Prompts are transmitted securely to Google's infrastructure and governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Cloud Vertex AI (Imagen) – For AI image generation. Prompts are transmitted securely to Google's infrastructure for processing and governed by Google's Cloud Privacy Notice.

These services may collect anonymized, non-personal data such as device type, usage statistics, and crash logs. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected or shared without explicit consent.

4. Data Security

• All login information is transmitted over HTTPS.
• AR Drawing - DoodleTop does not store user passwords.
• We do not share or sell any user information.
• AI prompts and generated images are transmitted over encrypted connections. Stored prompts and images are retained in accordance with Section 2.4 and are secured against unauthorised access.

5. Child Safety and Content Moderation

AR Drawing - DoodleTop is open to users of all ages. The AI image generation feature includes automated content moderation designed to prevent the creation of any content that is sexual, violent, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate. We enforce strict content policies to ensure a safe experience for all users, including minors.

6. User Control & Permissions

• Users can manage camera and gallery permissions via device settings.
• No content (e.g., images or videos) is uploaded or shared without the user's consent.

7. Pricing

AR Drawing - DoodleTop offers both free and premium features through subscriptions and token packages available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue pricing for any and all offerings at any time without prior notice, including subscription tiers, token packages, free tier allowances, and any other paid or promotional feature. Any pricing changes will take effect from the next billing cycle and will not affect already-active subscription periods or already-purchased token balances.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published within the app, and users will be notified if any significant changes occur.
